Are you aware of how others view you? This workshop/session guides participants in self-reflection exercises in efforts to become aware of how they engage as a leader. As we think about "how we think" and unpack factors that contribute to the way we engage others, learners will begin to identify their level of self-awareness; comparing perceived assumptions versus reality. Participants will be exposed to relationship building and engagement strategies that will aid in routine self-reflection, understanding how they show-up and engage in everyday relationships, cultivate healthy work environments, and intentionally foster professional team-oriented cultures.
